We started Otian AI because we kept seeing the same pattern: powerful AI tools available to anyone, but only truly useful to people who already knew how to set them up. Everyone else was left with something confusing, half-working, or requiring constant tinkering.
Jett Nguyen and Jack Raney met as co-workers at MARA Holdings Inc. (Jett in Florida, Jack in Texas), and realized we made a strong team: one of us sees where AI can genuinely help people, the other builds and implements it. Otian AI grew out of that partnership.
We work fully remotely with clients nationwide, over Zoom. Our approach is simple: listen carefully, teach you as we build something that genuinely fits your life, and stay with you after it's set up - no jargon, no complicated dashboards, no guesswork.

Leads the technical build - architecture, account integrations, testing, and ongoing maintenance - and walks every client through it along the way, so you understand what's happening, not just whether it works. Earned his Bachelor's in Computer Science with a minor in Public Relations from the University of Florida in 2026.
