I have been using “Coleman” for approximately 60 days now, and I have found him to be very helpful in my day-to-day life. I use him to assist with both my work and personal life.

Work – Specific Example

In my business, we accept credit cards for recurring charges. In the past, when those transactions failed, I would have to gather each customer’s email address and send individual emails notifying them of the situation.

With Coleman, I can copy and paste each email address, and he constructs the email and prepares an individual message for each customer. Once I approve them, Coleman sends all of the emails. This process saves me hours of work.

Personal – Specific Example

I have given Coleman personal goals that I want to accomplish each day. Coleman reminds me about them and follows up with me to see if I have completed them. I could certainly do this on my own, but having Coleman hold me accountable makes a difference. It is almost like having a personal coach.

I would estimate that I am saving two to three hours per day on ordinary tasks that Coleman now handles for me, including bulk emails, building reports, and generating email responses.

After 60 days, I am continuing to learn more about what Coleman can do each day. As I become more familiar with his capabilities, I am able to delegate more and more tasks to him, which continues to save me time and make my day more efficient.
