Meeting Notes
Your agent reads your Fireflies or Calendly meetings, or the Zoom recordings saved on your computer, and files a summary of each with its decisions and action items.
Then ask: what have Sarah and I talked about recently? What did we decide about pricing?
Fireflies labels speakers “Speaker 1” on uploads, Teams and phone calls, so your agent shows you its guess at who’s who and remembers your correction.
A recording on your computer names no speakers. A Calendly recap can carry a summary and action items without the words themselves.
