Does AI remember what I told it?

AI uses information from the chat you are having now. This information is called context.

There is a limit to how much it can use at once. In a long chat, the oldest messages may no longer be available to it. A new chat does not bring over the whole old conversation.

Your agent also keeps a short list of things it has learned about you. This is separate from the chat itself.

You can read that list on your agent's Knowledge tab. You can add a note or delete one, too.

Your agent uses recent notes. Older notes can come back when the words in your message match them.

It still cannot know a decision you never shared. For example, if you cancel a subscription but never tell it, it does not know about that decision.
