What is the difference between a chatbot and an agent?
A chatbot gives you an answer. Ask it to write an email to your landlord, and it gives you the words. You then open your email, copy in the message, and send it.
An agent can help with the steps, too. It can read your landlord's email, write a reply, and show it to you ready to send.
It can also work on a schedule, such as checking each morning for bills that are due.
To help with these tasks, it needs your permission to connect to accounts such as your email and calendar.
With Archie, you choose when a reply is sent. Calendar changes also need your approval.
