Will my agent send emails without asking me?
No. Replies and calendar changes need your approval.
Your agent can read your email and calendar and prepare a suggestion. An email reply appears as a card in your chat. You can send it, edit it, choose a time to send it, or dismiss it.
A calendar change also appears for you to review and approve.
Why does Archie wait? Your agent only has the information you have shared. It may not know about a decision you made or a detail you left out.
A routine running on its own at night cannot send a reply or change your calendar. It tells you what it would have done instead.
Read each card before you approve it. Approval only helps when you check the details.
There is no setting that turns this approval step off.
