Ask what's on, what's due, or what's free#
Ask about some days and Archie hands your agent what your lists, your calendar, and your reminders hold for those days before it answers.
- How to use it
- Ask your agent a question that names a day and the schedule, such as "What's on Saturday?" or "What's due this week?"
- Your agent answers from your lists, your calendar, and your reminders, and says where each thing came from.
- From your phone
- A question typed on a chat app or in Archie Mobile gets the same kind of answer, because the computer running Archie gathers it.
- Limits
- It goes by the words of a question you type. "Am I around Friday?" has no schedule word, and routines and the mail and text watches never get it.
- What is free works only on lists shaped like the restroom trailer and portable restroom setups, and it goes by the day, never the hour.
- It reads what is written on your lists and one calendar on each connected account. A booking that is only in an email or a text is left out.
- What it finds for those days goes to your AI company with your question.
Dates from your lists on the Calendar#
The Calendar tab shows the dates on your lists beside your calendar events, reminders, and routines, so a booking kept on a list shows on its day.
- Where it is
- On your agent's Calendar tab, marked On your lists in the legend. Press a date's title and that list opens.
- How to use it
- Open your agent's Calendar tab.
- Look for the dates marked On your lists, at the head of each day.
- Press one to open its list.
- From your phone
- In Archie Mobile, the Calendar under More shows the same dates for the next seven days, and pressing one opens Lists rather than that one list.
- Limits
- Pressing a list date opens the list and changes nothing.
- Which dates count is read off the column names, so a list whose names are misread can show an old date or hide a coming one.
- Birthdays and anniversaries come round every year.
- The computer shows a week at a time. The phone shows the next seven days and does not move.
A stop moved onto a busy day#
Move a stop to a day its truck or driver is on your calendar for something else, or a day that job already has a stop. Your agent tells you what is there and asks before moving it.
- Where it is
- In your chat with your agent, with Move it anyway and Pick another day under its question.
- How to use it
- Press Move it anyway, or Pick another day.
- Limits
- Only lists with a Driver or Truck column, and only when a stop's day moves.
- It looks for the driver's or truck's name in your calendar's event titles. "Mike out" names Mike; "Dentist, 9am" does not.
- A driver's working hours, and other stops that day, are not checked.
- Only on a message you typed. A routine moving a stop is not held.
Where Bookings and your calendar differ#
On an event trailer agent, the morning list compares your Bookings list with your calendar for today and the next two weeks, and says where one has a booking the other does not. Ask what is on a day and your agent says the same.
- Where it is
- In the morning list, and in your agent's answers about a day.
- Limits
- It only reads. It changes neither Bookings nor your calendar, and you decide which is right.
- Only clear differences are said. Anything within two days of a booking, part of a name, or a calendar that did not answer is left out.
- The calendar side needs the customer's whole name, or the booking's event name with their last name.
- Only the event trailer setup's Bookings list, and only your own calendar.
