Personality sets how your agent sounds. What it can do stays the same.

Two ways to set a personality#

Both are on your agent’s Personality tab, one at a time:

  • Add a ready-made one from the Marketplace; press one to see a real exchange first. Calm Anchor brings up one thing at a time; Concise uses as few words as it can.
  • Or write your own in the box, in plain sentences.

A ready-made one replaces your written one and hides the box. Remove it and your text comes back as you left it.

Writing your own personality#

Write it as instructions to your agent, so “you” means the agent. For example: “Friendly and brief. Always confirm dates before scheduling. If it can’t help with something, say so instead of guessing.”

Stuck? Press “Not sure what to write?” above the box. Answer four short questions, and a draft lands in the box for you to edit before saving.

Adjusting a ready-made personality#

Add rules in its “Your rules (optional)” box, like “keep replies under three sentences”. They take priority, and the personality’s own wording stays private and untouched.

After you save#

Your agent restarts and answers in the new voice from the next message. Switching loses nothing: your conversation, skills, knowledge, memory, and settings stay as they were.
