An agent that knows nothing about you asks who Sam is every time and books the Friday you never work. Fix that once in the Who this agent serves box, on your agent’s Personality tab.

What to put in the box#

  • Your name, and what you do.
  • What takes up most of your time.
  • Who it will hear about often: family, colleagues, clients.
  • House rules: anything it should always or never do.
  • For a business: the key people, and what matters most in how you work.

Help filling in the box#

Press “Not sure what to write?” above the box, answer up to five short questions, and a draft lands in the box for you to change. Or let your agent ask: a newly claimed agent interviews you over chat and fills this in. “Redo introduction”, at the bottom of the Personality tab, starts that again.

Where this box ends up#

It is handed to your agent with every message, and to every skill it hands work to. It saves as you type, and a running agent restarts a couple of seconds later to pick up the change.
