Keep for every draft#
When you type your brokerage, phone number, or business name into a blank on an email draft, the card offers Keep for every draft.
- Where it is
- On an email draft card, after you fill in a blank with Edit it.
- How to use it
- Press Edit it on the draft and fill in the blank.
- Press Keep for every draft.
- From your phone
- Archie Mobile shows the card's words and buttons. A chat app with no buttons takes the typed words.
- Limits
- Email cards only. Text drafts are never filled.
- If you changed the words around the blank too, no button appears.
- Only on your own email address.
Stop watching your inbox#
When your agent starts reading your mail, it says in the chat which inboxes it reads and how often, with a Stop watching button.
- Where it is
- In your agent's chat. The switch it turns off is Watch my inbox, on the agent's Skills tab, under Email Manager.
- How to use it
- Press Stop watching under the message, or switch off Watch my inbox under Email Manager on the Skills tab.
- From your phone
- It arrives in your conversation like any message, so it also shows on Archie Mobile or your chat app.
- Limits
- It says so once per agent. Switching the watch off and on again does not repeat it.
- Only the owner can stop it from the button.
- Not on the free credits or a plan with the AI included, where your mail is not read.
Mail from people you write to comes first#
Mail from someone you wrote to in the last two weeks is read at once; other mail can wait a few minutes, which lowers what your AI account is charged.
- Limits
- It knows one thing: whether you wrote to the sender in the last 14 days.
- Replies from Archie's cards count on any account, and Gmail's Sent copies count. A reply sent from Outlook or another mail app is not seen.
- The addresses you wrote to are kept on your computer and in backups you make.
- Only on an AI account of your own with Anthropic.
Blanks in a draft#
Your agent leaves a blank in square brackets, like [her school], for a detail nobody gave, and an email or text with a blank in it will not send.
- Where it is
- On an email or text card. Press Send and Archie names the blank. Edit it is on the card.
- How to use it
- Press Edit it on the card.
- Fill in what goes in the brackets.
- Press Send.
- From your phone
- Archie Mobile's Send gives the same answer and puts the buttons back. On a chat app with no buttons, reply "edit it".
- Limits
- Leaving a blank is an instruction to the AI, and it can still write a guess as if it were known.
- Any short words in brackets count, so a [sic] holds Send too. Brackets in your current signature do not.
- On a card waiting for its time, press Back to draft first, then Edit it.
- A message written into the chat for you to copy, or one through a connected CRM, is not checked.
Check before sending#
On an email your agent drafts in chat, a price, a day, or a time that nobody gave it is listed under the draft for you to check.
- Where it is
- Under the draft on an email card.
- How to use it
- Press Take out what you added to have Archie rewrite the draft without them.
- From your phone
- Archie Mobile shows the card's own words, the list included.
- Limits
- Code reads amounts, days, times, stock excuses like "something has come up on our end", and a few kinds of promise. Anything else is listed only when your agent names it.
- It lists them. It does not stop Send.
- Not on texts, and not on drafts the mail watch writes when mail arrives.
- A number that appears anywhere in what you gave counts as given, and editing the card's words clears the list.
First text to a lead#
Ask your agent to text a lead, and it writes the text, says whether they agreed to texts, and puts a button under it so you can send it yourself.
- Where it is
- Under your agent's reply in Chat: Copy the text.
- How to use it
- Ask your agent to text a lead by name.
- Press Copy the text, or Open in Messages on your phone.
- Press Send in Messages yourself.
- From your phone
- Archie Mobile shows Open in Messages, which opens Messages to their number with the words typed in. A chat app gets the words and no button.
- Limits
- Archie sends no text. You press Send on your own phone.
- It reads what the Texting column says, which someone wrote down. It does not enforce consent.
- Only where a list keeps a Texting column, which today is the real estate setup's People.
- If they said stop, it writes no text.
A sent draft says it went#
Your agent's own words are never changed. When you press Send on an email it drafted, Archie says it went under the message that came with the draft: "Sent to Ace Septic at 8:01am."
- Where it is
- Under your agent's message, in your chat with it.
- From your phone
- On an iPhone, Archie Mobile shows the same line under the message.
- Limits
- It says Archie sent it. It does not say it arrived or was read.
- Email drafts shown in the chat only. A text draft, a draft the mail watch wrote on its own, and a catch-up list get no such line.
- On Telegram, Slack, Discord and Matrix it comes as a short message of its own, which can make your phone buzz on all but Telegram. Signal and iMessage get no extra line.
- Your agent is told a reply went out when you pressed or typed Send, and is not told when one went at a time you set.
